JRML did a stellar job helping us maintain the exterior integrity of our 1918 home. They were able to secure superior materials and labor within our budget, oversaw the job from start to finish and were a delight to work with. We completely redid the exterior of the home with cedar shake, replaced the guttering, as well as gave the porch a facelift with a durable concrete surface. The job was conducted in a timely manner and Jon always made sure that the subcontractors showed up on time and cleaned up the work space at the end of each day. With Jon, he came up with lots of interesting architectural features that made the places unique and he designed interior layouts that were open and functional.
